Relevant emails for your family

We’ll send you emails with opportunities for Jewish connections that match the age, school and location of the kids in your family. This includes info about BJE educational and social offerings as well as other communal programs that may be of interest to your family.

An invitation to join a jwave Chat

If you have a student starting a new high school, we’ll send you an invitation to join a jwave Chat with other parents of students in the same year.

We’re rolling out new Chats all the time and invitations are subject to whether we have a Chat in your school. If we don’t, and you would like to help create one, please reach out and we can easily help facilitate or consider becoming a Chat Connector.

A welcome call from a parent at your new school (for high school)

When a student starts at a new school, the whole family does. To make the transition easier, parents with a student new to a non-Jewish school of can opt-in to receive a call from a jwave volunteer parent from that school who will welcome the family and answer any questions they may have.

Welcome calls are available on a school-by-school basis – we’ll do our best to find a volunteer to make the call.
